Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are outside the EU. Import VAT, customs duties and any customs handling fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

All prices include VAT and are shown in your local currency at checkout. The total shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

2. Delivery times and delays

The delivery times above are business days from when you place your order. Our products are shipped from our own stock or directly from one of our suppliers, so orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you.

Need your item by a specific date? Contact us before ordering. The estimated delivery time is not a guarantee of a specific date unless we have agreed on it.

3. Delivery location

We deliver to the address or parcel shop stated in your order confirmation, so please check that your name, address, postcode and phone number are correct. Items are delivered to the door at ground or street level – carrying inside and assembly are not included.

4. Delivery when you are not at home

If the carrier offers it, you can allow the parcel to be left in a specific place. Once it has been left there, it is considered delivered and you are responsible for it from then on. Choose a dry place that cannot be seen from the road.

If you are not at home and the parcel cannot be left, the carrier will let you know about collection or a new delivery attempt.

5. Check the parcel on arrival

Look for obvious damage to the packaging before signing for it. Take photos if you see dents, holes, moisture or other damage.

Refuse the parcel

If the parcel is clearly damaged, you can refuse it. The carrier will take it back. Contact us as soon as possible.

Accept with reservations

You can accept the parcel and note “received with reservations” if the carrier allows it. Check the contents straight away.

6. Transit damage

If you discover damage when you open the parcel, contact us with your order number, a description and photos of both the item and the packaging. Keep the item and all packaging until the matter is resolved, as the carrier may need to inspect it.

Please report visible damage on the day of delivery or the day after, and hidden damage as soon as you discover it. This makes the case easier to handle – but it does not limit your statutory 24-month right to complain about defects.

7. Contact

If you have questions about your delivery, email or call us with your order number.
